Solve the crashing, delay and buffering issues

The app is fine and the variety as well, but it crashes and buffers a lot, literally more than it works. I'm talking about the smart TV version of the app here.
First I thought it was the connection or the tv but I checked and tested both, and they're both fine, other apps like Netflix work just find. So please solve the crashing and the buffering that happens every 40 seconds.
Ohh, it also takes time for the app to respond to the action I take, like when I navigate the list up and down, it just takes too long to
go to the program I'm trying to pick. Which is a waste of time specially when repeated all the time.

Functionality of TV app is poor

Two main features that are lacking and are must to have pleasant experience: Episodes are not in sequential order and you don't know if you will watch 1st episode or last episode first. Second, you can't start from where you left watching once app is closed. And last but not least, sometimes you find completely different content then what you see on cover page of episode. These features are mandatory to start any such subscription and it is not something WAVO has invented for the first time that updates will come later on. Obviously, guys should know what competition is offering and come out with improved features rather than taking us past few years back, and that too in when you are operating and offering a technology service. That's shows depth of technical understanding of guys working for WAVO.

A great app that requires more series and an offline option

It's an amazing app, just needs to push more options, more series and of course the greatest move was to include the Disney+ service which is why I'm subscribed to this in the first place. I would change my rating to 5 stars if I was able to find more options, new series, maybe game shows, and more and of course, it is time OSN allows us to download its contents and watch it offline, this is a must. Guys we are middle eastern who grew up with old cartoons, old sitcoms, game shows like takishi castle and the crystal maze. Just suggestions but they will definitely bring more audience
